Community has been the focus of the subdivision design, and there are sections of various sizes to accomodate housing to suit people at various life stages.
Design guidelines and associated land covenants have been created to ensure quality and attractive housing form that is sympathetic to the environment, while maintaining the feeling of friendly open space and landscaping that matches the extensive native planting throughout the development.

Sections

Tamakuku Terrace has a range of section sizes. Stage 1 sections range from 290m2 to 810m2. There will be four sales releases for Stage One starting in September 2021.
